I was standing in a group of 40 in the mountains on the Polish-Czech border. We were saying the prayers to bring in the day of rest in the Jewish calendar, Shabbat, but the group was only about 50% Jewish. There were Muslims and Christians and a Hindu, not just from London, but from Ireland, Latvia, Czech Republic, Israel, Malta, the United States and Poland too. Norwood Charity Cycle: South of France 2013

I just completed another charity international bike ride in the South of France. We cycled 3 days from Cassis (close to Marseille) to Cannes, via Toulon and St. Tropez. Approximately 100km a day for 300km in total. There were about 20 cyclists in total, along with a service user of Norwood – James – who was on the back of a tandem (a serious challenge) with Nigel.
